Returns Within 14 Days

If you decide to return a product, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts are included.

  • The item is in a resellable condition.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Products that show signs of use or assembly

  • Items damaged due to mishandling

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos or video showing the issue

  • Your order number

After reviewing the information, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A full refund

How to Start a Return

  3. Securely repack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship it to the return address provided by our team.

Returns without authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we cover the return shipping.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for postage.

Refund Process

After the returned item is inspected, your refund will be issued within:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
