Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours before shipment. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

 

Shipping Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:

• UK & Europe: 1-2 business days
• USA, Canada, Australia, Asia & International: 7-10 business days

Delivery time = Processing time (1–2 days) + Shipping time.

During peak seasons, delivery may take 3–4 additional days due to courier delays.

 

Shipping Cost for UK:

• Standard shipping is £7.99  for orders less than £100.
• Free shipping for orders greater than £100

International Shipping Cost:

• International shipping is £35 (or local currency equivalent)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Customs & Restrictions

• Some products (containing pigments, batteries, glue, etc.) may not be available for certain countries due to customs restrictions.
• Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please check with neighbors or safe-drop areas first.
• If still missing, contact us with your order number and shipping address.
